1. MY GOAL
To teach you how to fish - not to sell it to you. You will learn and understand how the human body and mind work and how to use them to reach your desired goal. We'll go over the basics of nutrition so that you'll finally be clear on that and know what belongs on our plate.
I promise - it will be hard work, but it will be worth it. The result will be a new lifestyle of a new person - YOU.
2. I DON'T COUNT CALORIES
The biochemistry in your body depends on the origin and quality of the food much more than on the quantity. Precisely the quality is going to be within our focus. Find out more HERE
3. I DO NOT SELL MIRACLE DIETS NOR THE DIET-MENU
I do not sell nutritional supplements, miracle diets or fat-burning soups. I work with techniques that are unusual but effective. Together, we will uncover patterns of behavior that have been learned and ingrained under our skin. This will open the door to change.

4. HOW TO DO THAT
Marisa Peer says that first we need to form our habits than those habits will shape us.
What we engage in every day is exactly what our bodies reflects. That's why at a glance you can tell the difference between a bodybuilder and a gymnast or a sumo wrestler. That's why we will change habits step by step - from those that don't serve us to those that will provide desired changes. Soon you will change your view on nutrition and your relationship with food as such.
5. THE NUTRITION PROGRAM OF 8 STEPS
The nutrition program includes, first and foremost, a very personal approach with kind support and truly expert guidance. Plain and simple - I will be there for you.
The program consists of 8 steps. Each step includes:
- part A = things we will add to our lives
- part B = things we will take a break from
- part C = homework ...What?! Homework at my age? Yes, and it is essential to do so :) Read HERE
6. THE NUTRITION PACKAGE
We divide these 8 steps into 2 phases. In the first phase (i.e. the first nutrition package) you can look forward to the following:
- Total of 5 hours of consultation
- These 5 hours are divided into 4 sessions (2x 90 min, 2x 60 min).
- 4 sessions over 5 weeks
- At the initial consultation we will discuss your story in detail (past), specify your main goal (future) and look at your daily routine (present).
- Each consultation includes professional materials, education, tips, advice, recommendations
- We will measure your body composition using a bioimpedance scale
- Online or in person
7. INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION
Do you feel confused and just need some hints? Just one session would be enough for you? That's what this 60 minutes consultation is for. We shall discuss what is bothering you and find the best way to solve it.
